Rod Stewart: ‘If we don’t have the NHS, we’ll be like the US’

Sir Rod Stewart speaks to Sky News, after he paid for members of the public to have scans at a mobile scanning unit in Essex.

He said it was “ridiculous” that people were having to wait long periods to get essential scans and treatment when he phoned in to a Sky News special programme about the NHS.

 ‘If we don’t have the NHS, we’ll be like the United States’
