Francophiles behold: the annual London event for all things French is nearly upon us – and you can head there in fine style for a weekend of talks, cuisine and champers on January 25 to 27 2019.
Now in its twelfth year, The France Show at the Olympia showcases the best of what France has to offer, for those interested in everything from cuisine to property. Expect talks from the likes of master patissier Eric Lanlard, as well as chefs Guillaume Duvivier (from Le Clos des Capucins) and Stellio Lestienne (from the Michelin-starred La Matelote).
Plus there’s talks from resident food and wine experts Guy Wolley and Susy Atkins. Elsewhere, there’s a French Market to browse, a special wine stage hosted by Neil Phillips, aka The Wine Tipster, and practical info for those looking to make a move over. Full info is over at The France Show website. Sound intriguing?
The prize
One lucky winner and their even luckier pal will be bestowed weekend tickets to The France Show and – to avoid the hassle of going home in between – a plush stay at the Hilton Olympia in Kensington, with their top-notch petit déjeuner included.
The winners will also get spoiled at the event, with a glass of wine waiting for them at Le Mistral bar. That will whet the appetite for a wine tasting session, also included in this monster prize.
