On Friday, three judges at the Court of Appeal unanimously dismissed Ms Begum’s bid to overturn the SIAC decision.
Piers Morgan was embroiled in a heated clash with a guest over the ruling that ISIS bride Shamima Begum should not be allowed back.
"This country is responsible for its citizens", Amnesty International's Steve Valdez-Symonds said following the ruling.
Lawyers acting on behalf of Begum said the ruling has left “no protection for a British child trafficked out of the UK”.
She told Sky News that she is willing to fight her accusers in a court of law, "but I'm not being given a chance".
She said earlier this week that she is not a threat and begged to come back to the UK, arguing she could help fight terrorism.
"We're not living in Minority Report. You're in Bracknell mate."
"I know enough about her to feel quite confident that she’s not a dangerous person.”
Begum was 15 when she and two other east London schoolgirls travelled to Syria to join the so-called Islamic State group in February 2015.
