The former head of the British Army has said he is “uncomfortable” with the Tories plans to send migrants to Rwanda.
Britain has already paid Rwanda £140 million under the deal.

Kigali alone needs over 310,000 housing units by 2032 to meet its rising demand, according to local reports.
