Some 54,308 people waited longer than 12 hours on a trolley for an emergency hospital bed in Jan 2024, compared to just 17 in Jan 2011.
That's the equivalent of £400,000 spent in hospital car parks every day after the Tories pledged a massive scale-back.
Fees paid by hospital staff rose more than eight-fold compared with the previous year.
