The England and Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford is featured in a special edition of the popular comic strip.
Justin Lee Price, 19, directed a slur at the 24-year-old striker after England’s defeat in a penalty shoot-out against Italy last summer.
Natalie Elphicke, who said Rashford should stop "playing politics" after the Euros, has a lucrative second job.
The Manchester United star said he would keep "trying to give children the things I didn't have when I was a kid".
The Tory chancellor said that just like furlough has come to an end, free school meals coming to an end is also part of the transition to a “more normal way of doing things”.
Rashford became the youngest recipient of an honorary doctorate from the University of Manchester - but said it was "bittersweet".
“Instead of removing vital support, we should be focusing on developing a long-term roadmap out of this child hunger pandemic," he said.
The England star called on Brits to write to their MPs urging them to do something about the crisis.
