First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s comments come as Liz Truss faced scrutiny on local radio about her Government’s mini-budget proposals.

Liz Truss made the rounds on local media this morning after a turbulent week in government in which she has seldom been seen.
The money saving expert was forced to intervene after the prime minister did the local radio rounds this morning.
"Cards on the table. I think the fact that we haven't heard from them today is an utter dereliction of duty."
"Do you know actually where they have been fracking?”, she was asked by BBC Radio Lancashire during a gruelling interview.
"I don't care about equality at all. I have no interest in equality."
Divisions are emerging in the Conservatives after the Chancellor’s mini-budget prompted turmoil in the markets and talk of a financial crisis.
