The latest polling shows Labour would secure a 56-seat majority in the House of Commons if an election took place tomorrow.
If repeated at a general election Labour would get a 126 seat majority, with Jacob Rees-Mogg and Boris Johnson losing their seats.
The case is thought to be the first time that sitting MPs or peers have taken legal action against the Government on the grounds of national security.
