New tool allows public to find out how much money their MP has received – and from whom
The tool has revealed Theresa May is currently the highest-earning MP, followed by Sir Geoffrey Cox and Boris Johnson.
Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson is a British politician and writer serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since July 2019. He was Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs 2016-2018 and Mayor of London 2008-2016. Johnson has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015 and was previously MP for Henley from 2001 to 2008. He has been described as adhering to the ideology of one-nation and national conservatism.

Since leaving Downing Street last September, Boris Johnson has earned TWELVE TIMES the amount he is paid to serve as an MP.
The former prime minister expresses his hopes for the economy and for Ukraine in new year message but makes no mention of his ejection from No 10.
An LBC caller said the former PM "jumped on the populist bandwagon and then didn't know what to do when a slight majority voted to leave".
The former prime minister argued for what he called a "hard egg" approach in the "slightly surreal" conversation with an official.
"Many of the people who were anti-Boris realise they are nothing without their seat", the former culture secretary said.
“He’s a braver man than me, in restanding. I’m looking on all the local Facebook groups. People have turned against him. They’ve had enough."
