But she insisted Johnson stays very popular among voters, despite failing to sack the health secretary for breaching his own social distancing rules.

“The reality is that people who are willing to use violent rhetoric, to rile people up and to generate a level of hostility and anger, share responsibility in the consequences of that," Brendan Cox said.
"Turns out if you try and let George Galloway do your dirty work for you- it'll certainly be dirty but it won't work."
Brendan Cox, husband of murdered Jo Cox, said the people of Batley and Spen had "voted for decency and positivity once again".
The research also suggested that 69 per cent of Labour members would prefer Andy Burnham as leader.
"Nobody’s been interested in this area, and all of a sudden all these politicians are saying ‘we care, we care!’. And we’re all just like, ‘yeah, of course you do’."
