The MP for Middlesbrough was suspended from the party last October last year after using the phrase during a pro-Palestine rally.
It had been widely reported that he was suspended from the Labour Party over 'antisemitic remarks'.
"Whilst food banks creak under the strain, and thousands of kids go to school hungry, you crack on and have your fun at our expense."
Middlesbrough MP Andy McDonald, who has been suspended by Labour, complained Tory MP Chris Clarkson made a ‘highly defamatory’ statement about him.
He said his words were intended as a heartfelt plea for an end to the killings in Israel, Gaza, and the occupied West Bank.
A Labour spokesperson said the comments made by the MP ‘were deeply offensive’.
"While he sits on a personal fortune he is refusing the reasonable demands of nurses, railway workers and many others forced to take industrial action just to make ends meet."
