Victoria Derbyshire has won plaudits after she calmly dispatched of Robert Jenrick on Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg.
The presenter stood in for Kuenssberg, who has been away of late due to “personal reasons”, and made light work of the government’s minister for immigration.
Jenrick claimed that people needn’t worry about the state of the economy because the Conservatives can be trusted on the matter, much to the disbelief of Derbyshire.
Her response was 10/10, with people calling for her to take on the show full-time.
