The Reclaim Party has posted footage of Laurence Fox’s house being raided by police on social media.
The outspoken actor has been in the spotlight recently over comments he made in relation to PoliticsJOE journalist Ava Evans on GB News.
In June it was revealed that the police were assessing a video of Fox trying and failing to burn Pride flags on Father’s Day.
He described the flags as ‘child mutilation bunting’ that he doused in lighter fluid before setting them alight.
The reason for his arrest is unknown, although it is believed to be in relation to an interview on Rumble with Maajid Nawaz where Fox said he’d be “out there with my angle grinder” in relation to ULEZ cameras, adding that he’d be “happy to be arrested”.
It’s not the first time The Reclaim Party leader has been visited by the police.
In March 2021 he was visited by police officers at his home this morning after he was accused of breaking COVID rules surrounding election campaigning.
He described the visit as a “bit of mild intimidation to start the day”, writing alongside the clip: “Meanwhile actual crime is off the charts.
“You’re just making me more determined to reclaim our freedom.”
