Kathy Burke’s definition of woke goes viral

Kathy Burke’s foul-mouthed definition of woke has been making the rounds on social media again.

The actress, best known for her roles in French and Saunders and Absolutely Fabulous, has become renowned for her succinct and sweary characterisations of social issues.

The time she completely obliterated Helena Bonham Carter in Time Out Magazine will go down in history, and she’s never been afraid of dishing out a life lesson or two.

Burke recently won plaudits for giving this definition of the word ‘woke’, which cut straight to the heart of the matter!

As did this, which by rights should be hung in a museum.

All hail Burke!
