Air-soft range caused outrage after allowing visitors as young as six to aim at pic of Shamima Begum

A shooting range has caused outrage after allowing visitors as young as six years old to aim at a picture of SHAMIMA BEGUM.

‘Ultimate Airsoft Range LTD’ posted a video – which appears to have been deleted – on Twitter on February 19 showing a printer producing targets over the face of Begum.

The tweet includes the hashtags ‘#Traitors’ and ‘#madeyourchoice’.

Other target options shown on a picture hosted on the range’s website include Donald Trump, Justin Bieber and Osama Bin Laden.

Social media users have reacted with anger at the post.

One user said: “This is abhorrent.

“How would they feel if that picture was a member of their family?”

Another added: “I am genuinely disgusted that this was even allowed to happen.”

On their social media page, the company say they are “The UK’s No 1 airsoft shooting range” located in “New Brighton’s WW2 secret tunnels” in Wallasley, Merseyside.

They said: “Ages 6+ can participate with an accompanying adult.”

Airsoft guns used to shoot the target are replica weapons used in airsoft sports.

They are a special type of very low-power air guns designed to shoot non-metallic spherical projectiles – often referred to as ‘BB’ pellets.

Ms Begum, who left east London in 2015, had said she wanted to return home.

She was found in a Syrian refugee camp two weeks ago after reportedly leaving IS’s last stronghold.
