The tattooed model son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White made racist and anti-gay comments while drunk at a train station, a court heard.
Marco Pierre White Jr, 23, was said to have been drunk and disorderly at Paddington station in west London on November 15 this year.
He is also accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star did not appear at Westminster Magistrates’ court today (Fri) for a first hearing and was not represented by a solicitor.
He now faces being convicted at a trial next month even if he does not attend.
Prosecutor Katie Bryan said: “We are treating it as a hate crime – both homophobic and racial.”
Court documents state he is currently living at his father’s three star country hotel, Rudloe Hall, in Wiltshire.
Pierre White is the middle child of Marco Sr and entered the Big Brother house in 2016.
The 23-year-old has thousands of followers on Instagram – where he often posts pictures of his heavily tattooed body for his fans.
A date was set for Pierre White’s ‘prove in absence’ trial – which will go ahead whether he attends or not at Hendon Magistrates’ Court.
Magistrate Nina Tempia said: “He’s got to be at Hendon at 9.30am on the 25 January next year for his trial.
“Let him know if he doesn’t attend a warrant could be put out for his arrest and if he doesn’t attend it could go ahead in absence.”
Pierre White, of Corsham, Wiltshire, was granted bail in his absence.
