Chimichurri is an essential accompaniment to steak in Argentinian cooking, simply made by combining a selection of herbs and vinegar.
Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic
- a Handfull Of Parsley
- 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1/4 Spanish Onion
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Ali Mojido
Instructions
- Finely chop all ingredients and mix together.
