A 10 foot robotic bartender is set to start its first shift at an immersive London wine bar pop-up.
The contraption will appear at Campo Viejo’s Fiesta de Color on Waterloo Millennium Green from today and will be dishing out wine until 11pm this Sunday.
It is part of an immersive pop-up exploring the art and science behind wine blending.
The experience, which is normally only offered at Campo Viejo’s winery in Spain, is lead by company’s wine experts and will give visitors the chance to experiment with the different grapes, test your taste-buds and craft a bottle of wine that is bespoke to you.
A Dare to Pair food and wine pairing session is also available for £25 + booking fee, offering four courses of street tapas with four of Campo Viejo’s most loved wines.
The food and wines on the menu have been expertly paired to explore the ways in which the senses of taste, touch, sound, sight and smell affect the way we experience food and taste wine.
Expect bubbly cava with smooth cheesecake, silky blanco with gazpacho and octopus two ways in this exciting culinary experience.
The art and science of wine blending is £20 + booking fee.
