London Film Festival 2018: Wrap Up

Over the last month I’ve been covering the London Film Festival for TLE, trying largely to bring you a taste of the slightly more esoteric side of the festival. The time, sadly, has come to wrap up our coverage for this year, but there’s one last thing to do: our wrap up show.

In the near future we’ll have a regular podcast coming from TLE, but until then here’s a special instalment with myself and Alfie Parsons of Lights Camera Alfie (who saw almost as many films as I did at LFF) breaking down the worst films we saw, the breakthrough talents we discovered, our favourite performances of the festival and counting down our Top 5 films from this year’s selection.

Please note that we had some technical issues and, while I’ve done my best to clean it up, the audio isn’t yet where I want it to be. This will be sorted out before we move into regular episodes. For now though, I hope you enjoy this conversation, which you can stream from the player below.
