To celebrate the 2016 BRIT Awards, global music-streaming service Deezer has worked with renowned British illustrator Mohan Ballard to create a challenging quiz for die-hard music fans which contains 50 visual clues of previous winners dating back nearly 40 years.
Deezer has a team of 50 dedicated music editors who looked at previous winners and worked closely with the illustrator Mohan Ballard to represent them visually, with different levels of difficulty attributed throughout the piece.
How many previous BRIT winners can you spot in the illustration below? (Answers at the bottom of the post, so watch out for spoilers!)
Sam Lee, Deezer’s UK & Ireland music editor said: “The UK has a massive music history and we all like to think that we have great knowledge of who’s who in music. This is a fun challenge ahead of the BRIT awards for music fans to name all 50 references. Some of them are easy – such as a Dell computer to represent Adele, but if anyone can guess what the colourful bowtie represents it’s a bit more impressive.”
