Mark Tierney / SWNS Pictured – Jonny Smith on his wedding day, getting photo bombed by the Vulcan. These amazing pictures show the startling moment a Vulcan Bomber PHOTOBOMBED a wedding. The Cold-War icon upstaged the bride for just a moment as the distinctive aeroplane – one of the greatest achievements of British aerospace engineering – flew past iconic Scarborough Spa during one of the final tours of the skies of Britain before it is grounded forever. The Vulcan XH558 was on a Salute the V Force Tour on Saturday when it flew over Jonny and Emily Smith’s ceremony at 1.23pm.
Surfers dressed as Star Wars Stormtroopers ride the Severn Bore in Gloucestershire. 27 November 2015. There was an unworldly sight in the Forest of Dean this morning (Friday 27th November) when a trio of Star Wars Stormtroopers surfed the spectacular Severn Bore. Key scenes from the upcoming Star Wars episode VII were filmed in nearby Puzzlewood and can be seen several times in the trailer. Swapping the Death Star for surfboards, the elite soldiers of the Galactic Empire took to the waves to mark the release of the highly anticipated new Star Wars film and a new TV & Movie Trail. The Forest of Dean’s atmospheric and picturesque location provided a natural stage for the film, which director J.J Abrams referenced in a thank you letter to all of the movie’s cast and crew.

Villager Jim, who took the fantastic pictures is known as the banksy of the photography world as his identity is still unknown. The book is released today (Thurs).

Pictured – The Jaws dropping image taken by Jesper Anhede. This dramatic image shows a mahi-mahi or common dolphinfish being reeled in to a boat drifting in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Swedish photographer Jesper Anhede captured the struggle between man and beast somewhere between the islands of Rarotonga, Cook Islands and Niue, New Zealand. The photograph makes a striking resemblance to the poster for Stephen Spielberg’s classic 1975 film Jaws as the fish is dragged upwards towards the surface of the water.

An amateur photographer has captured this stunning photo of volcano erupting in explosion of lava and lightning, March 30 2015. The Colima volcano in Mexico is active again, and has been spewing out large plumes of ash nearly 3 kilometers into the air. The Colima volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in Mexico, and is also called ÃVolcÃn de Fuegoà or ÃFire volcano.à It has erupted more than 40 times since the first documented eruption in 1576. The latest news on this current eruption is that local authorities have put the volcano on a yellow alert, meaning the volcano is showing increased activity, and residents who live nearby should prepare for a possible evacuation.
The sun rises over Salisbury Plain as it’s light illuminates the mist shrouding Stonehenge, Wiltshire, July 7 2015. Amateur photographer Robin Morrison made half a dozen visits to the ancient megalith, travelling over a hundred miles each time, to capture the precise lighting conditions he wanted. The normal weather patterns in the UK mean that a clear sky just a few minutes after sunrise is uncommon – a clear sky at sunrise combined with a misty morning is an extremely rare occurrence.
