It’s sunny so the logical thing would be to bang out loads of bait summer tunes, but obviously I’m not going to do that. We start with an old track from The Gaslamp Killer that I first heard on a CDR demo I got sent by his management about a decade ago. Still remember how blown away with it I was. We have some Arthur Verocai, which seems like where Bonobo got the idea of this track Nightlite. Pantha Du Prince, always a favourite, flows into Labi Siffre and on through Edward Scissortongue (thanks to the Milk The Cow podcast for this one) all the way down to a weird version of Gary Newman’s Cars by J Dilla.
