Labour EU activist slams Tory minister: ‘This is why we got staff shortages’

"The last thing the African continent needs is a failed British politician," campaigning group Global Justice Now said.
“The reason why it matters is because these forest that have been destroyed are critically important for our climate and for planetary health," a Greenpeace spokesperson said.

The union also said recent proposals from the UK government will "legalise exploitation".
The transport secretary also argued “cheaper labour” stops companies from automating British jobs, whilst insisting the government wants “people domestically” to do those jobs.
“At the beginning of all this Brexit mess, we always asked the UK government what kind of future relations they wanted and they never can give the answer," an EU official has said.
“Surely it should have been signed by Priti Patel? Unless she just hates us too much to do this."
